How old do you REALLY look?

Here is some information a came across the other day and that I would like share with you.
Take your age and add the number you see next to every question you say yes.

Have you had more then 10 sunburns in your life time? +2.5 yrs
Do you have red, itchy eyes from allergies? +2.5yrs
Are you a smoker? +2
Do you live in a highly polluted city? +.25

Now add the if you answer NO to any of these questions

Do you cleanse your skin every day? +1.5yrs
Do you get 7-9 hours of sleep each night? +1.5yrs
Do you wear sunscreen regularly? +1
Do you wear moisturizer? +1

By now you probably know that by skipping your daily skins care routine can make you look
zitty but it can also make you look older. ( and NOT in a good way)

Whats my secret??

I get asked everyday what my secret is to my beautiful skin and my reply is its YONKA!

I'm proud to say at the age of 38 I have never done any plastic surgeries or injections of any sort. I believe in and promote good skin care products.
